Do I have to register an account?

Register - You do not have to register an account, but you will find checkout faster, and you can look up past purchases in your Account History.

I can't log into my account. It says "incorrect email or password."

Password - You may not have a registered account; you might have ordered as a guest. If this is the case, sign up for an account. If you're sure your email address is correct, click the link "Forgot your password?" and you'll be sent an email to help you log into your account. It's also possible you purchased from our old store, which is no longer functioning. In that case, email us, and we'll create an account for you and update our new store with your old orders.

What are my payment options?

Payments - We accept the following online payments - Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diner's Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact, and iDeal.

What currency can I pay in?

Payment Currency .- You can now purchase from our store in your local currency. No calculating currency conversions, losing money on poor currency exchange rates, or incurring additional currency exchange fees on your credit card or bank account. Select the currency you wish to purchase in, and all prices will reflect that currency.

Why has my payment been declined?

Declined payment - There are many reasons why credit cards can be declined. Our store does not approve or decline credit card transactions; that is done by your card issuer (bank or credit card company). Please get in touch with them if you do not know the reason for the decline. Call the number on the back of your card to inquire. Common reasons include:

  • Being over your card limit.
  • Using an expired card.
  • Using the wrong billing address.
  • Using the wrong CVV (3-digit number on the back of the card)
  • Using a card that has been flagged for fraudulent activity.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Purchase Orders - Unfortunately, we do not accept Purchase Orders. All orders must be paid online with one of our many payment options.

What is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay - To pay for an order using Shop Pay Installments (4 interest-free payments, or choose a monthly payment plan), the following eligibility criteria apply: 

  • You must have a United States billing address and be signed up for Shop Pay. 
  • Your order needs to be 50 USD or more.
  • For orders split into four bi-weekly payments, you need to pay with a supported credit or debit card.
  • For orders paid for in monthly installment payments, you must pay with a supported debit card.

Limitations of Shop Pay

The following limitations apply to Shop Pay Installments. If either of the below limitations apply to your order, then you can't use Shop Pay Installments to pay for that order: 

  • You can't pay for an order that includes gift cards.
  • You can't pay for a Shop Pay Installments order using a Capital One card, prepaid debit card, or prepaid credit card.

What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy - Once files are downloaded, they are non-refundable. If you have purchased a duplicate file in error, contact us, let us know the order number, and we will refund you.

I placed an order, but I've not received any download links. What happened?

 

Download links - After your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order and a second email with your download links. You may not have entered your email address correctly on the order, or the emails have gone to your spam folder. It's also possible your payment did not process. Please contact us, and we'll look into it.


How long have you been selling Montessori materials online?

Selling online - We have been selling printable Montessori materials online since 2004.

What does your copyright mean?

Copyright - Our files are for use in 1 classroom only. You are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or selling our digital files (free or paid) in digital or hard copy. You may not post the files to a website or any platform that shares or sells digital files. You may not alter or edit the files. By purchasing our files or downloading free ones, you agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting our copyright.

How do I download my files?

Download Files - Our system will create download links on the final checkout page after your checkout is complete. Wait to close the window until the links have completely loaded. You will also be emailed a set of download links - please check your spam folder. Bundles are downloaded  as "zip files". You will need to unzip them to access the individual files. Right-click your mouse and select "Extract All", then select a folder to save them to.

What format are the files?

File format - Our files are PDFs. You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader (a free download).

I've lost some of my files, what do I do?

Lost files - You can use the email we sent you with the download links - they are still valid. If you no longer have that email, you can sign into your account (if you registered an account) and find the order with the files you need from your Order History. Note the Order # and email us. We will send you another set of download links to access the files.

Do you sell printed materials?

No printed materials - We only sell digital files. You will not receive any printed materials in the mail.

Who created your printables?

Creator - An AMI-certified Montessori teacher has created our materials. She was trained by Renilde Montessori (Maria Montessori's granddaughter) and has over 30 years of Montessori experience.

My printables don't look very good. What should I do?

Print quality - To have beautiful printables, you need a good printer. If your printer does not create beautiful, vibrant prints, try completing a nozzle check and cleaning the print heads (look up your printer manual online for instructions). Consider having a business supply store (such as Staples) print the files. Business supply stores usually charge per printed page, regardless of how much ink is required, so they are usually a great option. If the store will not print the files due to copyright issues, please contact us, and we will provide you with a print release form.

I'm having an issue with printing a file. What should I do?

Printing issues - Please contact us so we can help. Provide us with as much information as possible about the problem, and we'll reply with suggestions.

What type of paper should I use for printing?

Printing paper

 - We recommend using cardstock. It will help extend the life of the materials. Different thicknesses are available; ensure your printer can accommodate the thickness (check your printer specifications online).

 

How do I make my printables last?

Laminating - We suggest laminating your printables to make them last. If many children use the materials, then a 5mil laminate is best. You can print, trim, and then laminate, or if you have a good-sealing laminator, you can print, laminate, and then trim. Try a page and see what works best with your laminator.

If I subscribe to your newsletters, how often will I get emails?

Newsletters - We usually send an email at the beginning of the month (the odd time there may be two in a month if it's about something important). We will let you know if there is a subscriber freebie, our monthly sales, any current discount coupon codes, and if we have any new items. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of a newsletter.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping - All of our products are digital files you can immediately download; therefore, there are no shipping charges. You will not receive any printed materials by mail.

How do the Bundles and Collections work?

Bundles & Collections - We offer many Bundles and two different Collections. The

 Bundles offer 15% to 25% savings, and the Collections offer massive 

savings (see product listings). Bundles are available for immediate download; Collections are not an immediate download. We must manually create the download link for Collections and send it to you. During regular business hours (EST), this will only take a few hours at most. You will have seven days to access the Collection files and complete the download. We recommend making a backup copy (a USB, CD ROM, or cloud service).

 

Is your store and customer information secure?

Security - Enabling secure connections to our store ensures that the data that our customers enter remains private and secure. This is achieved using a TLS (Transport Layer Security) certificate, sometimes called an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, that encrypts communication between our store and external content and publishes the content securely using HTTPS instead of HTTP. You can feel secure when you see a padlock icon beside our online store's URL. We never share, sell, or rent any of your information. You can read more about our privacy policy at checkout.
